Taquería: London’s Mexican taco café

Founded in 2005 by Cool Chile Co, Taquería serves traditional, regional  fillings on soft corn tortillas made daily by our big tortilla machine “El  Monstruo”, right here in London. Fresh corn tortillas are paired with  Mexican chiles, sustainable fish, free-range eggs, chicken and pork, plus  organic milk and double cream to make tacos a la plancha, al carbón or en  cazuela, plus lunch specials such as  chilaquiles, enchiladas and  huevos      rancheros. ¡Qué rico!

Taqueria is a member of SRA

Our three pledges for this year are:

1.) to use MSC fish or fish from the fish to eat list www.fishonline.org

2.) reduce our enegery consumption by 10%

3.) communicate with our customers about what actions we are taking to be more sustainable
